I had a wonderful experience at this Urgent Care. I went in and was taken in immediately due to symptoms I was having. The receptionists and nurses were super kind and very attentive. I saw Alexis Holverson, PA, and she was absolutely wonderful. Spent a lot of time with me. Did not ever feel like she was in a hurry. I was in and out within 90 minutes. Very good experience, all things considered.

We've seen Dr. Pegueros at the Claremont Urgent care twice this past year and both times have been impressed with his skill level, competence, as well as his manner with both me and my pre-teen son. He is thorough and does a great job of explaining what he is doing as well as any follow up home care needed. We found the staff to be friendly and polite from the front desk and nurses to the physicians. Wait times were not overly long, just what is expected in an urgent care setting.

Urgent care is never a good experience but PVHC is always my go-to. Every time I've gone I get there before they open and am usually first or second in line, so I can't speak for the wait if I were to come in later. But in the morning I'm usually there 60-90 minutes total which is expected. The front desk, nurses, and doctors are always very friendly and helpful.

Welllll. My 88 year old mother suffered a terribly deep gash on the top side of her hand. We were visiting Claremont where my daughter and her firefighter husband live. He recommended we go to PVHC Claremont Urgent care yesterday. From the moment we checked in to the time we left we felt as though we were treated like royalty. The room was clean, sterile. Staff very friendly and shared exactly the procedure intended and our PA, Jennifer executed the sutures expertly. The injury presented itself as being challenging to repair and Jennifer handled it with thoughtfulness, collaboration with her patient and me as well as the resident MD. My mom tolerated it well. We would definitely recommend this Urgent Care without a doubt. We thank all the professionals involved in my mom’s care.
