No they don't. There is a fine if caught with any pet on the sand
Not on the sand ,but on the strand or in front of the bars and restaurants you see a lot of dogs .
To be honest, while i was there I didn't see any.
They allow dogs on the strand and in some restaurants but, not on the sand.
