Just come in during regular hours (10-3 Mon-Thu and 10-Noon on Friday) and let them know you are a new client. We would like you to bring copies of your IDs for yourself and anyone else in your household and also a piece of mail dated within 60 days (a bill works perfect). But if you are missing any of those items and are in need, come in anyway!
Hi Jeanne, You show up usually early is best. Have your id, most recent electricity bill ans if you have kids bring their school id and birthcerts. After you bring the BC for the kids you only need the ids and recent bill to return and you can only go once for the month
