Yes donate $40 and receive over $200 worth of product make sure you place it in your car properly and you can get as much as you can

Hi Norma...here is the typical process. The cart is partially filled with dry goods, dairy, and proteins along with some non food items. The produce and bread you pick yourself and they highly encourage to fill the basket as much as you can. When you are done they take your basket through the warehouse and give you another cart worth of food items should they have extras. You can easily get 200-300 bucks worth of food for $40.

About 1/2 is picked for you, the other half you pick. They allow you to fill the shopping cart for $40. If you have no money they allow you to volunteer for a shopping cart full of food.
