This is ridiculous-how can anybody with such (mental) disability be expected to pass any type of test ? How are they suppose to get themselves out of that HORRIBLE facility? It sadness me that these humans are placed there and given so much medication to the point they are unable to function on their own anymore. Think about it! How are they suppose to get any better being locked in there and medicated all day.

Your daughter or person needs to complete the four courses that they have at the hospital once they're found competent they will be scheduled to go back to the court that they were originally heard from and then they will be sentenced from there. Being removed from Metropolitan at that time and returned to the original Jail that she was in before going to Metropolitan. Good luck to you I had to do this for my son.
