My son has been at Patton S.H. for about four years. He was incompetent to stand trial but he maxed out his time and then patton got a LPS conservertorship on him about nov.2017 as gravely disabled., he stayed at patton but they transferred him to a different unit, which was also an ITST unit. Well I just called the patient line and they said that hes not there anymore, that he was sent back to county.Hes not there so it means they have sent him to another facility, and theres no way I can find out where he is. He would never give permission for the doctor or counsler to talk to me about him, even though we talked on the phone and I visited and sent money to him nobody will , or they are not allowed to tell me where he is . I am devastated and I need to know does anyone know the names of the facilities he may have been sent to and does anyone have any patient phone number for other facilities that take LPS conservortorship people. He is form San Bernardino County originally. thankyou
I would call the facility and ask for his case worker. His case workers should be able to give you the date of his release and possibly where he went. He could have gone back to the jail to go in front of the judge I don't know your son circumstances I would call the facility and ask for his case worker is caseworker should be able to give you the date of his release and possibly where he went he could have gone back to the jails to go in front of the judge I don't know your son circumstances. Call the facility like they said that's, the best way to find out.
Lemmie get the facts straight. 1st he was arrested then thrown into Co jail, correct? Then his public pretender noticed that he actually had a case here. Checking on his rap sheet he decided that in rather doing the time he asked the judge to actually give his client constructive positive help. So they placed him@daMetropolitanStateHospital where he will be given the proper care & attention that he seriously needs. All patients R required to pass 3 mental psych Evals examinations in order to B "Compitant" to go back to trial Court to fight his OG charges. Now if heaven forbid he looses the case, he's liable to do the max time; regardless the time spent@daMetropilitanStateHospital !!! My regards & wishes 4 y'all, good luck
