Yes, evac plans are issued to Residents every 3-years as it is required by the SSF utility commission. You can also pick up a copy in the rental office.
Hi Daniel, evacuation plans, emergency preparedness and response are issued to long-term residents upon move in, posted on our notice board in common areas in the park, and available to visitors and overnight guest upon request. Contracts/ RV registration agreements are not signed with short term guest nor are short term guest provided the same type of documentation given to long term residents.
