I have a problem , my friend sent me a box , but this box never arrived . on the usps website informs that it was delivered but does not inform who received it. I need this box urgently. I would like you to solve my problem

The worst service imaginable. In violation of the USPS’s own terms (published), they wouldn’t give me the full refund for a PO Box that I was not able to access, and for which I never received the keys. The clerk (Jose) told me he could not undo the charge, and that I would need to contact his supervisor to do so. Five attempts using their local phone number, each time it returned a disconnected service message. Three times in person to resolve this issue, and the supervisor (Jose Nuno, (different Jose)) was never available (even though I always showed up during normal office hours).

This post office only has a few workers, but I have never had a problem. I come here because it’s close to hone and it is not super busy when I go compared to other post offices.

Wow there's a lot of complainers on here. I've been going to this USPS location regularly and haven't had any problems. Sometimes the lines get long, sometimes they're short. If you've already prepaid your shipping online, you can just drop off your item on the desk. The front desk staff have always addressed my concerns and got me whatever shipping I need. Basically, if you're friendly and respectful, people are friendly and respectful back to you.
