The tennis courts are available to the public. During peak hours Monday through Friday' 6PM -9PM, cost for court time is $7 per hour. On the weekends, 8AM-10AM, same applies.

You just have to drop by the pool area to have those questions answered. Pretty sure it's free most of the time. Some rules due apply if it's very busy.
