Puenta hills landfill is closed but they have built a transfer station right next to it meaning they take in trash still and truck it out. I think there is a landfill in brea but I'm not sure what they accept.
Monday thru Friday, if your under a ton (2,000 pounds) its $30 over a ton is $48.85 a ton. Saturday your first load,if under a ton, is $20 then after that it goes back to Monday thru Friday rates. They dont expect any liquids, mattresses, tires, green waste (bushes, grass, tree clippings, etc), electronics, appliances (washer and dryers, water heaters, stoves, etc),
