A bit windy place though. But I definitely would like to be there with my family for a picnic.
There are places with grass that you can set up a blanket and picnic, yes.
In the winter and spring yes. In the heat of the summer when there’s a drought the grass dries out and it would be less enjoyable to picnic on a blanket. The park has great views of the bay and SF skyline.
