I have never seen seals here. You will find lots of birds.
Rarely are there seals in the water near the park. Many kinds of waterfowl and shorebirds, though.
It has dog parks, and people usually take a walk along the park. It doesn't has seal.
I walk there most mornings. I see them occasionally
