Why a fax # answering? Google gives # for fax.!!!!!

I just called the number listed and got the store.

2 years after that post it is STILL a fax #. The same fax # is on my receipt too I tried to call the store to let them know to refund me for part of my order that was missing .. I love 45 minutes away. I was charged for it ,so I guess I’m out the $8 for the missing item Done with KFC .. it’s very expensive for what you get (when you get it )
