Why r they closed at 9:20 when it's open til 10

I would call the store manager in the morning and ask them. They are not supposed to close until 10pm.

I work for a sister store (same owner) . We close our lobby at 9 and the drive thru at 10.

Maybe they were short staff or really slow

There could be multiple reasons as seen by the answers, really the best bet is to ask whoever is operating that store in particular

They don't care..and are going to do what they want till someone says something

Because they ran out of food
