how do I make a curbside pickup reservation

When your Hold item(s) have arrived at their pickup location, you will receive an email letting you know they are ready. The email will have a link to make an appointment to pick up your items. Note: You can not make an appointment until you receive the email and the link in the email is only good for that hold pickup.

I think that when you place a hold or checkout they send you an email to make an appointment
