Horrible website/app that hides the price throughout the entire process. There’s absolutely no reason why the price shouldn’t register because I clearly checked off that I would NOT be using insurance. UPDATE: I received an email with a price the following day, so I’m upgrading my rating to 3-stars. I still feel the website needs to be more transparent and explain the pricing policy much clearer and more often throughout the process. I kept searching for a link to explain why I was not getting a price.

I am so glad I found carbon health. It was super easy to find out if they took my insurance and a new patient appointment. They have tons of availability and give patients the option to easily book online instead of waiting on a call queue to make an appt. The provider I saw was very professional and thorough which anyone would appreciate. I will be making this my new primary care provider going forward.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. They were busy, but I waited only a reasonable amount of time to be seen once I got there. The staff was friendly, thorough, and efficient. Sammy the PA was awesome, super cool guy with great bedside manner. I felt like he really listened to me and cared about my health, addressed all my concerns and offered good options and advice. Would 100% go back to Carbon Health.

I went to the facility in Hillsdale mall. I had an acute problem with my foot. The appointment was made the same day and it was very easy to do online @ the website. Once I arrived at the location the check in process was quick and the MA retrieved from the waiting room and took me to the exam room quickly. The provider came to see me in just a matter of minutes so there was no long wait in the exam room. After a thorough exam of my foot, a diagnosis was made and Rx was faxed to my pharmacy before leaving the clinic. The provider sent a follow-up text to find out if I was improving. This is a good touch and not something that I have experienced at the large medical centers in town. I highly recommend this facility for urgent care situations that do not require an ED visit.
