Melissa is unprofessional. I called back to get a managers number to file a complaint she was the one who answered. Gave me "the owners" number. So I asked her did she think it was to treat me the way she did when she took my order.

THEY ALWAYS GET MY SANDWICH WRONG. IF I SAY NO CHEESE IT WILL HAVE CHEESE, IF I SAY ADD JALAPENOS, THERE WILL NO JALAPENOS. ALWAYS. I GOT IN THE HABIT OF CHECKING IT BEFORE I LEAVE.
