Ordered a pizza, pick it up and find it's undercooked. Got a credit for that one. Ordered another pizza same night, but immediately called back and cancelled as my family couldn't wait that long before eating; was told they couldn't refund, but got credit for another pizza (that should be two pizzas total, confirmed to me by the gal on the phone). Called in some weeks later to place an order for two pizzas, but they only have the one credit on record. Gal puts me on with manager who just echos that their system only says one and I'd have to call another day to talk to owner (or the first gal?) regarding the other. I realize we live in a day where some people have adopted all sorts of fancy and creative pronouns, but yours truly ain't one of them and my rumbling man voice hits harder than a lowrider full of subwoofers; yet the dude refers to me as "ma'am"... Yeah, confronted him and he said it came out as an accident, but anybody that easily confused may also confuse something that shouldn't go on a pizza with something that goes on mine. Ate from Me N Ed's that night. This place has always been inconsistent, but I'll never order from this location again.

We decided to dine-in on our way from Sequoia Nation Park. Place was clean, just us in the dining area, and felt welcomed (post Covid). Many parking spots available during busy evening hours. We ordered extra large veg pizza to kids liking. Shout out to Frank, Selena and Brittney for taking our order, making it right at the first time, and serving it on time (kids were already hungry). We loved every bit of our pizza. Keep up the good work!

Davis Unboxing

I'm not sure where to start. Me and my husband came here last night. We ordered the large meat marvel with extra sauce and the sausage only on one side of the pizza with a side salad. The man on the phone was very friendly when he took our order and repeated everything correctly back to me. When we arrived there the lady at the counter had our order wrong and it took 9 times to explain to the lady what we wanted even though it was not a difficult order. She charged us $35.00 which i thought was higher than what it was supposed to be but I didn't think to check. She never gave us a recipt. When we got home the pizza did not taste right. It is now morning and both me and my husband have been sick with stomach issues and that is the only common thing we ate yesterday. I looked up online what our total should have been and they charged us more than what it would have been if we ordered online instead of over the phone. I do not recommend this location and I will not return to this location.We’re sorry to hear this, Davis. We’d like to investigate this issue directly.
