I'll be flying to SF & need to take a Greyhound bus from SF to Salinas. I know the Greyhound station isn't near the SF airport. Is there a public transportation I can take from SF airport to Greyhound station? I've heard of BART, is this true? Where?

Yes, you can catch the BART at the airport. It costs less than ten bucks for a one way trip.

Yes take bart to Gilroy.. From Gilroy take the bus to Salinas.. Everything is with in walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes from one to the other .. And upon arrival in Salinas you can take a taxi to your next destination
