If you entered with that passport and esta at least another time in the States, the line for passport checking will be short. Otherwise it can take time... depending on how many planes landed at that time... remember after passport you also have to pick up your bag again (very quick thing to do) and pass the security scanning again... in the end you can make it, but I always reccomend from 2 to 3 hours connection in the states...
