I would request it when to get to the ticket counters. They should be able to provide you with an escort and a wheelchair even if needed. You'll have to request it from the airline though because each airline has contracts with the escort companies at SFO.
Of course he has it located at San Francisco International Airport, one of the best Airports in the World.🍀
