How much does it cost to rent a spot there, and what time should I get there?

There are no spaces to rent. SanPablo flea is a retail yard and shop exclusively.

I'm not sure of renting a place there. But, @ the Berkeley flea market you can rent a booth for about 25$ I can check if you want.
