Correct it really depends on what you were 86'd for exactly. I have never been 86'd myself but i have worked for a few different casinos. It usually will require some form of apology/forgiveness letter or form to be filled out by you and then turned/mailed in and then reviewed by the board of directors, if they decide to reverse/uphold the 86 you will receive a letter stating that. Hope that this information helps you. I would ask a member of security about there specific policies, most likely they will call head security officer to explain it to you and provide any forms that you might need. Good luck.
