Great bike trails with incredible views. Some areas of trail are difficult to find shade.

Good but bumpy bike trail from Military West to the Point. Trail is exposed to the wind headed west and no real shade. Only downside is if you bring your bike(s) on a car. Break ins at any parking area in the park is horrible.

I ride my bike there every day. I start down on First Street and ride to the State Recreation Park. There are trails where the Botanical Garden is. Not sure if bikes are allowed. Horses are.

Not for mountain biking. The is a bike path from downtown Benicia along the bay all the way into the Park.once in the Park if gou follow the road to its end there is a nice overlook with a view of Mt. Diablo.
