Why are doctor's who are not affiliated with Memorial, allowed to wander the halls and rooms, handing patients their cards for outside services, but not telling them that they are not from Memorial. Fishing for patients should not be allowed.

They could be affiliated with any hospital in st. Peters health partners and have access. They could also have one of their patients there.
