Just starting to look into these homes can anyone tell me if you have to buy the home plus pay for the space or how exactly does this work?

You will buy ur own Mobile home and pay rent for their space. U ll pay ur own Utilities like Electricity n gas . Water, sewage and trash may or may not be included or prorated. Hope this helps.
