2/1/2019 monthly is $1300 32' $1400 33'up $100 deposit on elect,you pay anything over. We signed a doc that states 8 months is total time we can stay here. Very pet friendly. They put you rig in ur spot.

depends on rv length...no extra for pets. 1300 for 31 ft class C plus 75 for electric
