If anything gets repaired like a wall or an electrical part the cost is split and spread out over time until its paid off. This cost is added to the rent. Right now we are ed paying on approx 10 or 12 repairs or upgrades that add to the rent. These things need to be done but it does increase our rent over what was quoted
Once a year...first by park for first 5 years..then by city if applies
