Yes. When you stay at tge hotel you are given wrist bands that allow you entrance into the water park. But for $50.00 per person you can sign someone else in who isnt staying at the hotel.
Yes the price per night includes the water park access but there's more amenities to look at, 24 hour arcade, mini golf, mini bowling (good for kids) VR theatre all those are extra to pay but they are worth it. ;-)
