You need to be a guest of the hotel of Great Wolf Lodge to enjoy the water park. There are other water parks in California that you can go for the day.

You have to be a guest in the hotel (4 people $400 for a Saturday night) but you can have guests come and i believe the admission is $60
You have to be a guest if the hotel, the water park is included. There are no water park passes for just going to the water park.
