No you don't. I'm a manager there. Just have shoes on. I have plenty of people and children daily that wear shorts, n tank tops. . paintball regular does hit harder and have a longer distance. . Paintball LIGHT, has smaller balls and doesn't hurt at all! Hope this helps, and hope to see you there. -Melissa
