Not military MREs (meals ready to eat) as the they are mainly not legal to sell, but they do have an assortment of freeze dried foods for storage and emergency situations. You will need water however in most cases. They also have other forms of dried foods and equipment for preparing food on the go or in the wild. The restaurant is really the only place to eat food that is ready to eat, and it's tasty.
