Just go to the store where you see guns behind the counter and ask this question. Each state is different In short, all you need is a valid license, no criminal activity on the record, go through a background check (guns/ammo). There will be some additional charges based on the state and once the waiting period is over, they will contact if your background check clears to pick up your new handgun. Hope this helps
