Both have different options. I go to both for different things and love both equally.
Sprouts is like Trader Joe’s seeing that it is a brick and mortar retail market, with locations in various areas. TJ has been doing it much longer. Farmers Markets are a co-op of various vendors coming together generally one day a week in different neighborhoods. Hope this helps.
