The food is good but yes the customer service is horrible. And the service is extremely slow.
I agree bad customer service and bad food. I order pepper steak with rice. I received shredded pot roast taste and look like it was put in a slow cooker. Cornbread was horrible and my husband order bake macaroni and cheese that was far from bake.
