Looks like bad management, not making enough of what sales dictates. Give them a piece of your mind on yelp. Bad reviews sometimes makes a change.

Don't bother going here after 8 pm. Are least 3 in the past 4 months they have closed well before (30+ minutes) the posted closing time.
