I bought a burrito here and it literally had a metal wire in my burrito. Some of my teeth were chipped as a result and I got in contact with the owner. I told him that I have dental insurance and that all I wanted him to do was cover the out of pocket cost. He told me to make my dentist appointment and provide him with the receipt and my insurances number. But he tried telling me that it wasn’t his or the restaurants fault that it happened. I strongly disagreed with him and told him it may not have been on purpose but it was definitely their fault. Fast forward, I went to the dentist and the out of pocket cost was only $64! The procedure was over $700 before my insurance kicked in. I called the owner to let him know and he was super defensive. Saying “I let my insurance know and this is now between you and them. I’m not gonna pay any money out of my own pocket”. This man is acting like I am trying to sue him for hundreds. All I wanted was him to take ownership for his restaurants negligence. I am never eating here again and I hope they get their act together.

The food here is tasty. I usually get one of their chicken or seafood plate combos which consists of yellow rice, refried beans, shredded lettuce, salsa, guacamole and your choice of corn or flour tortillas. Sometimes I simply get fish tacos and horchata. I ALWAYS get their roasted salsa (if I'm naming it correctly) which is quite flavorful and has the right amount of spicy kick. The staff has always been pleasant and the crowd (even amidst this pandemic) never too much because they service customers in a timely manner. 8 times out of 10, I call in my order. May 23, 2020 – There seems to be a change in management, the staff I'm accustom to seeing wasn't present the last two times I visited. They're friendly and the food was still tasty but the prices have gone UP. I already felt like their prices were a tad bit high and now this... I paid almost $14.00 for a combination plate alone + taxes, no extras, no drink. I eat the same portion size at another local spot and pay under $10.00 + taxes. I like this place but I don't know if I want to pay these prices when there are similar options.🤔

If I could give no star I would. Save yourself money and time. The place stinks like a sewage leak, they charged $33+ for 1 monster burrito cheese quesadilla, California burrito, Carnitas burrito. I don't have a problem paying the price if it is worth it, this place is not. The food took a very long time, for the price the food is just not worth it. My a burrito was incomplete and the french fries that were in it are burnt. Sadly I didn't find this out until I got home. Another 20 min drive to go back is just not worth it. Go to Albertos, I know that's where I'll be going next time.

My girlfriend went in today and bought a 2 cheese enchilada plate for me. It only had one. She went back and told the man, he said he saw two and he would not be giving her another. We come there all the time, but now she never wants to go again. I was not able to leave as I was in a training for my counseling grad degree. Here are the pictures showing the other enchilada he claims he saw. Also however this happened, microwave whatever, the food is toxic once the styrofoam was heated to warping like this.
