Yes, you can fish there, burr you need a fishing license. You can get it at Walmart or most sporting goods stores...

I was there yesterday and there were people fishing. They said there were baby trout in the lake. I believe you must have a license to fish, but they are inexpensive and easy to get at most sport stores.
