They dont keep credit card / debit cards on file so no you cannot pull it up that way. Without a receipt you can have an even exchange or a discount on a new shoe if it's been worn. If you are a Skechers elite member they can pull it up for you if you purchased it at that Skechers location

Depending on store manager it's his call. From my experience a good friendly attitude goes a long way.
They should be able to pull it up if you have the credit/debit card you used to pay with.
