Any ammo that's not copper jacketed, most Russian ammo. With the new California ammo regulations, your best bet is to buy at the range.
If you have so many questions it's better to call them and ask him personally or just show up there and have your ID ready and all that be fine

This was posted on their website. Any ammunition that is steel core or steel case is prohibited. No tracers, incendiary gas,or explosive ammunition allowed. Shot guns may only use Slug or Buck Shot.
