They are usually very helpful with first timers. They do offer classes.
I went in there, never shot a gun before. My husband went with me but they let me shoot without any classes. My husband knew how to use a gun so they let him show me, they didn't and i used a .44 and a .357 that was one of the best feelings is to know how to finally shoot a gun.
They are very friendly and knowledgeable, classes are offered and rentals are available, give them a call to see when and where ( they know others that have classes elsewhere too)
Some of the nicest personal I have ever met. They are people friendly first and gun friendly next. Not a bunch gun nerds with rough type attitudes. They know how to take care of there customers and that's why i go there. Never had a bad experience and if i did I would post it.
The staff there are really great about helping answering all questions. They also have classes on certain days to go any type of weapon you ask about and show how to handle them.
You have to have another person with you to rent a 🔫. They offer a first time shooters class. To see if you need the class they ask you to check glock to see if it is loaded. How to load magazine in gun, remove magazine from gun and clear the chamber
I also don't think they allow first time shooters to rent a gun, and shoot alone. Assuming you don't own a firearm.
