Shopped there this morning and was shocked at the condition of fresh produce. Usually great however there was rotted oranges, tomatilla, cucumbers .about 70% of displayed produce. I shop there exclusively and I hope this is isolated Incident.

Hello, I am the store manager at this location, I'd like an opportunity to talk about this

Well I was in the store 2 weeks ago and got a 5lb bag of potatoes they were 2/$5.. I got home and 1/3 were rotten. Took them back to exchange them there were 4 bags and only one (1) that didn't have rotten potatoes in them. I told the ladies standing in the produce dept. With Good Lion uniforms about it and the just sorta blew me off with "Oh well" they'd tell someone... The least they could have done was removed the bags with rotten potatoes in them so someone else wouldn't have to bring them back.. Had the same problem's with tomato and other produce lately.. Don't understand. Been using them ever sice they came to Lewisville. After Food Fair.. Sure miss Food Fair...always good product's, customer service and pricing. Just check you produce real good b4 putting it in your buggy or you might be bringing it back.

Good Morning all, yes I sincerely hope this was an isolated Incident , everyone can have a bad day and things happen that are out of are control. We love our newly remodeled Store and I appreciate all the positive feedback.

Everyone has off days....mgr there is Pete. ..very,customer driven. ....he takes care of his customers if he has a chance.....worth your time to meet him He's a good man
