Customer service is lacking across the board. I was told “I didn’t tell you to hang the pump back up” when I prepaid gas, picked up the pump, forgot to unscrew my gas cap and put the pump back to do so while holding a coffee. When I grabbed the pump again it told me I had to pay again. I didn’t have anymore money, couldn’t get to work and the attitude I got was extremely rude and uncalled for. This is not the 1st poor experience I’ve had at this location and I will not be returning as a result. Beyond insanity.
