I've tried to copycat this recipe a few times and got close once. Ingredients seem to be: Short macaroni (very al dente) Mayonnaise Mustard Vinegar Sugar Grated/minced carrot Tiny but of black pepper My strategy was to mix mayo and mustard 3:1 and strive for the same color. Then start with 1tsp at a time of vinegar and sugar until it tasted right. Mix the sauce in to the macaroni, add carrot. Remember the macaroni will absorb some of the liquid if thin, so thinner is better. Someone with a dairy allergy could figure out if there's any dairy in there (sour cream?).... But I like to play fair and don't have any food allergies. Good luck!
