Yes, the parking is in the lot for the park located on the east side of the highway (the opposite side from the Beachcomber). There is a well marked path with a tunnel under the highway & the walk is 10 minutes, very pleasant.
Accross PCH and you shuttle to the beach for $1.50 pp
You have to park above in the park parking and either walk down or take the trolly. The trolley is $1.50 per person.
Across the highway 1. You can take a shuttle or walk under highway 1.
