I dresses up....grad lunch...excellant place to eat....doorman about the size of a football player....bounce twice as big as foot player guy ......both dressed head to toe in black directing us to private room where no other guests are seen and we weren't seen either....very private....almost secretive.....you hardly know it's there on Hope street.LA
Agreed. No strict code. There will be a mix of business diners from Wells Fargo Center and more casual diners. Probably just a "no tank tops/flip flops" line.
I went during happy hour and sat at the bar section in regular tourist clothes (shorts and tanktop), others were dressed casual and some were dressed all the way up. I'm sure the later it is the nicer the attire but I cant see them turning anyone away for not being dressed up enough. I'm sure if your attire is clean and not inappropriate you'll be fine.
