Access to the park is free. There is a lot of parking unless there is some event going on. As others mentioned, the carousel is $1 which you need to convert to a token using one of their token machines.
The park itself is free and there is a donation box to help the upkeep of the facilities. The carousel is $1.00 per person, per ride.
