This is a lovely park. You can buy a long-term lease for about $5,000 per year. However, you can only use the space for about seven months out of twelve. I suggest you contact the sales office for full details. The 'phone number is on the website.
I think they do have long term not sure about price . Me and my wife we have the elite package . we can stay at any park for free. Three weeks in one day out our package cost us just over 13,000.00 . In 2005.

If your a member you can stay for a month at a time but out of the month you have to be gone at least 1 week. I'm not sure one how much but we paid for a member ship $900.00 a year
