I'm a member, thus I don't know. Whatever it is, it's worth it! Except for the flies (when it's hot), this is a beautiful place with great amenities and gorgeous sunsets!
I am a member. Last time I stayed I asked if a family member wanted to come and have their own site. They said it was $65 a night
Not for public access. Their rates are for membership only.
They have a membership through Thousand Trails or Encore you can purchase rather cheap that will make it either $10/night or free depending on what you choose
