Yeah, that same experience happened to me as well. There is no phone number to call. Your options are to never use their drive in, or take your chances. As for the messed up order, to get it corrected your only choice is to drive back, go in,and ask for a correct order. I've found their service inconsistent. Either really good, or really poor.
